Pacific Palisades Charter High School seeks information and/or quotations to provide approximately one-hundred (100) computer workstations for teacher use. Installation should be complete by August 20, 2004. Bids may be submitted at any time through July 31, 2004. Palisades is a public K-12 school, chartered by Los Angeles Unified School District, and is therefore eligible for special pricing on hardware as well as software licenses. Please specify whether your bid pricing would change significantly if the quantity were decreased or increased by up to 20%. Pali High reserves the right to withdraw this request, without placing any orders, at any time, or to order other than the configuration and quantity of systems described herein. Please estimate applicable taxes and shipping costs, and indicate on your proposal.

Vendor should be prepared to send one advance unit for additional software to be loaded. "Ghosted" image of hard drive will then be returned to vendor and factory should install image on remaining units. Delivery of all ghosted, finished systems should be within at most 30 days after hard drive image is provided to vendor by customer.

Customer requests extended payment terms: net 120-150 days, interest free.
