Publishable samples of student work are limited due to the fact that most students spent their time helping to upgrade current technology software and hardware at school sites, in solving technical problems for other students and staff, or acting as mentors to other students and staff.

Only two students in the 1999 summer CTO program had an assignment of creating web pages. Both of these students were complete novices to web page design, as well as having little to no experience in technology itself.
