All of PHilliP's wires were actually cut out of a computer. His maker, Billybob, bent them and folded them to make PHilliP. Now PHilliP is the coolest inanimate object in the entire universe. He doesn't wear clothes because he likes his freedom.
PhilliP is the most complex thing in the world. All of his wires have so many functions that not even the best scientists in the world can figure them out. PHilliP like telling jokes. This joke is PHilliP's favorite: There was a mother and father rabbit being chased by a pack of wolves. They ran into a thorn bush where the wolves couldn't get to them. The father rabbit asked the mother rabbit "Should we make a run for it or stay here and out-number them?"
PHilliP's only friend (other than his maker Billybob) is his pet elephant named Chep. Chep likes playing fetch with his American Flag.
